Animalcouriers can provide an individual air travel service, which is likely to be of most use if your animals are travelling to or from countries outside Europe. We can do as much or as little as you want, to fit in with your personal travel plans and budget.

what we offer

• Air freight — we are agents for a number of airlines, including British Airways, Air Canada, Air New Zealand, Britannia Airways, Air France, Delta, and so can offer competitive rates.
• Travel boxes — we can provide IATA standard plastic travel boxes or custom-made wooden travel boxes to suit all species.
• Export/import documentation — you can find out most of what you need to know from the web (see sites below). We are always happy to offer guidance and advice, for example on travel healthchecks and DEFRA requirements, or we can complete the formalities on your behalf.
• Same flight option — we can usually book pets on to the same flight as you, or a flight that lands at a similar time, so that you can avoid an extra trip to the airport.
• Airport collection and delivery — Animalcouriers offers this service in the UK, France and Spain.
• Clearing for UK arrivals — Animalcouriers can act as a clearing agent for pet animals arriving into the UK under PETS from EU countries and elsewhere; and can provide transport to their destination as part of the package.
• Courier flights — we can provide an experienced courier to accompany animals on flights.
• Private charter flights — we can charter private aircraft for owners and their pets. 
• Quarantine — if this is required, Animalcouriers can arrange quarantine accommodation in the UK or elsewhere. 
• Boarding — we can organise boarding for your animals at either end of the journey.
